Support Arizona Youth (SAY) is the annual campaign for Executive Council Charities, an umbrella organization for the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit. Through SAY, donors can take advantage of the tax credit for both qualified charities and foster care charities and choose either “Highest Need” to have the greatest impact among our 50 featured charities or indicate a preference for any specific qualified charity. Not only are 100 percent of the funds forwarded to benefit vital programs at these charities but ECC also covers credit card processing fees.
