Umbrella Organizations EXECUTIVE COUNCIL CHARITIES Our mission is to support charity organizations focused on helping youth in our community overcome adversity and reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens. Support Arizona Youth (SAY) is the annual campaign for Executive Council Charities (ECC), an umbrella organization for the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit. Through SAY, donors can take advantage of the tax credit for both qualified and foster care charities and choose “Highest Need,” to have the most significant impact among our 60 featured charities, or indicate a preference for any specific qualified charity.
