AMANDA HOPE RAINBOW ANGELS Our mission is to bring dignity and comfort into the harsh world of childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels is a nonprofit, support and educational organization designated by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible, tax-exempt organization, founded in 2012 in celebration of Amanda Hope’s life. During her three-year fight with leukemia and nine-month battle with a brain tumor, Amanda Hope dreamed that one day she would design a fun clothing line for kids just like her that would provide comfort and dignity during chemo treatments. Amanda’s life ended all too soon, but her dream lives on through our Comfycozy’s for Chemo apparel, and her legacy continues with our expansion of programs and services, FREE counseling and play therapy to the entire family. amandahope.org Tax Code 20854 CHILDREN’S CANCER NETWORK Children’s Cancer Network supports children and families throughout their cancer journey with programs designed to provide financial assistance, offer psychosocial support and encourage healthy lifestyles. Children’s Cancer Network assists Arizona’s childhood cancer families to cope with the stress and uncertainty that begin with the initial diagnosis and often continues for years after that. Our programs lessen the burden by providing assistance and support. Programs include gas/ food cards, adopt-a-family programs, school reentry support, wigs, beds, support programs, scholarships and more. Due to the pandemic, these programs have been redesigned to virtual and drive-thru formats to address childhood cancer families’ increasing needs. Reaching more than 800 families annually, we work to ensure that families are not alone in their fight. childrenscancernetwork.org Tax Code 20176 CANCER SUPPORT CANCER SUPPORT Qualified Charities | $400 per Individual / $800 per Married Couple 16 FRONTDOORS MEDIA | TAX CREDIT GIVING GUIDE

One-hundred percent volunteer-run, Control Alt Delete systemically works to remove the barriers that keep people in unsafe domestic violence situations. By working closely with victim advocates, prosecutor offices and crisis response teams, we assess the needs and provide solutions for immediate help to flee abuse. Each escape is unique with its own barriers; however, they fall within one or more of the following categories: transportation, lodging, food & necessities, home & personal security, moving and storage. On average, Control Alt Delete facilitates four escapes every day with drastic increases on holidays. While we will help anyone needing to escape domestic abuse, our largest demographic is women with children and pets, at over 96 percent. Together, we will create a society of survivors.
