The Family Support Program (FSP) provides direct services to families of children (0-5 years) with pediatric feeding disorder: children who may choke, cough and/ or vomit at every feeding, struggling to nourish their developing brains and bodies. The FSP includes a family peer mentoring program, access to live and virtual webinars, 24/7 education, resource library, provider directory, and a family guide. JEWISH FAMILY & CHILDREN’S SERVICE Jewish Family & Children’s Service provides integrated health services at four Valley locations, including primary care and behavioral healthcare services. In addition to offering comprehensive services onsite and via telehealth appointments, Jewish Family & Children’s Service has a community-based team that includes therapists, clinicians, child case managers, youth and family specialists and family support partners that support clients in providing wellness and treatment services. Valley residents who are members of the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) have the same access to quality care as individuals on more comprehensive healthcare plans. MOM brings doctors to the people via two mobile medical RVs and an army of volunteer health professionals at six donated clinic sites in underserved communities within Maricopa County. We are the medical home to more than 2,500 patients annually and provided 12,576 medical visits last year alone.
