BRIDGES REENTRY Our mission is to create a survivor-led program of housing, healing, recovery and sustainable economic empowerment for women who have experienced incarceration. With your generous donation, the Beyond the Gates 12-month mentoring program and Magdalene House, a 2-year residential program, offer support and understanding to recently released women who face the challenges of a successful reentry into society. We assist women as they face the challenges of economic instability and joblessness; insecure housing and transportation; physical, mental and behavior health issues; coping and relationship building skills; and especially the stigma attached to female ex-offenders. Through these programs, and offering comprehensive guidance and spiritual direction, all contribute to healthier women who ultimately reconcile with their families, contributing to lowering the female recidivism rate in Arizona.
