HUMAN SERVICES CAMPUS, INC. The Human Services Campus, Inc. (HSC) is a unique model in the U.S. for serving single adults experiencing homelessness. Our mission is “Using the Power of Collaboration to End Homelessness.” Tax credit gifts help provide services 365 days a year to the most vulnerable in our community. Located in downtown Phoenix, HSC serves nearly 1,000 individuals daily. HSC services include client intake and assessments, reunification with family and friends, postal services, navigation to housing, coordination with behavioral health clinics and connections to dozens of life-changing services. With hundreds of people sleeping on streets surrounding the Campus, HSC launched a Street Outreach program, addressing substance abuse, mental health and housing.
