GIRLS ON THE RUN SERVING MARICOPA & PINAL COUNTIES Girls on the Run is a life-changing, positive youth development program that inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident, using a fun, experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running. Every day, girls sort through countless limiting messages. On top of this, the COVID-19 pandemic and societal tensions have added uncertainty and stress to their worlds. GOTR encourages girls of all abilities to recognize their individual strengths and celebrate connections with others. Donor support provides important social-emotional learning programs to girls in need — giving them a safe space where they’ll realize they have no limits, develop confidence and feel strong standing in their power. GOTR teaches girls that they are the authors of their own stories and can positively impact our community — and the world. gotrmc.org Tax Code 20754 ICAN POSITIVE PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH ICAN provides free, comprehensive programs that empower youth to be productive, responsible, self-confident members of the community. KIDS IN FOCUS Kids in Focus is dedicated to empowering and equipping at-risk kids to shift from surviving to thriving. Through the healing power of photography, kids reconnect with their world and build resilience, trust and hope. When kids experience abuse, neglect, homelessness or other traumas, they disconnect from the world and themselves. A camera in their hands and the guidance of caring mentors can switch the light in their eyes back on, giving them a new lens on life. Since 2012, KIF has been transforming the lives of vulnerable kids through life-changing camps, workshops, after-school and alumni programs. Each program uses photography and one-on-one time with mentors as the tools to help kids reconnect with their world and overcome trauma. Your donation will help more kids build resilience, life skills and hope for a bright future. kidsinfocus.org Tax Code 20929 LEGACY CONNECTION Legacy Connection is an affiliate nonprofit organization of BHHS Legacy Foundation.
