RYAN HOUSE Ryan House enriches the quality of life and creates cherished memories for children and their families, providing a much-needed break from 24/7 caregiving as they navigate life-limiting or end-of-life journeys. The Support-A-Stay Program at Ryan House provides 24-hour respite stays for children with life-limiting and terminal conditions. Respite is a gift of time; short-term overnight stays that help a family take breaks from the stress of 24/7 home care. Through the Support-A-Stay Program, we provide professional nursing care, expert Child-Life care, life-enhancing therapeutic/expressive activities and experiences, and food and nourishment along with anticipatory grief, legacy work and bereavement support in our 12,500-square foot, home-like medical facility. ryanhouse.org Tax Code 20088 SAGE FOUNDATION FOR HEALTH To provide the unserved, underserved and indigent people of Arizona with quality natural and conventional healthcare. Sage Foundation for Health provides funding to community clinics throughout Maricopa County, which are staffed with licensed faculty physicians and third- and fourth-year medical students from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. Patients include families in low- income school districts, survivors of domestic violence, patients recovering from homelessness and trauma, individuals living with HIV/AIDS, and patients recovering from substance use. We treat chronic and acute health conditions by working with patients to restore health through clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, physical medicine, acupuncture, homeopathy and prescription medicines when necessary.
