With thousands of children in Arizona’s foster care system, the need for strong, well-prepared foster and adoptive families continues to grow. We have one of the largest foster care and adoption programs to license, train and certify individuals and families interested in becoming foster or adoptive parents. Our range of services and support, along with realistic training, prepares families for the placement of children of all ages and backgrounds. Sixty-seven percent of foster kids drop out of high school, and only 3 percent ever graduate from college.
