THERAPEUTIC RIDING OF TUCSON TROT has been making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities for 49 years. Founded in 1974 as an alternative therapy approach using horses, it was one of the first programs of its kind in the U.S. TROT’s mission is to enrich the lives of people with special needs using equine-assisted activities and therapies to improve physical, mental, social and emotional well-being.
