Today, 35 Arizonans will receive a phone call asking to open their homes to children in need of safety, above all else. The Foster Alliance exists to make it easier for them to say “Yes.” Last year, we showed up more than 19,000 times when foster children needed things like beds, cribs, shoes, clothing, diapers, pull-ups and wipes. These gifts keep siblings together and allow families to pay the rent without thinking twice. With 12,000+ children in state and tribal foster care, there are 12,000 reasons to lend a hand. thefosteralliance.org Tax Code 10003 Qualified Foster Care Organizations | $587 per Individual / $1,173 per Married Couple 30 FRONTDOORS MEDIA | TAX CREDIT GIVING GUIDE

Public & Charter Schools $200 per Individual / $400 per Married Couple Arizona Department of Revenue Form 352 Required HOW DO PUBLIC SCHOOL TAX CREDITS WORK? Per the Arizona Department of Revenue, an individual may claim a nonrefundable tax credit for making contributions or paying fees directly to a public school in this state for support of eligible activities, programs or purposes as defined by statute. For the purpose of claiming Arizona’s tax credit for contributions made or certain fees paid to a public school, the Arizona Department of Revenue now requires taxpayers report the school’s nine-digit CTDS number on Form 322, which is included with the Arizona income tax return. CTDS stands for County code, Type code, and District code and Site number. All Arizona public and charter schools qualify for this credit. REMINDER! Use the Tax Credit Worksheet on the back cover to take notes and record the Public School code for the schools you choose. You can choose more than one!
