while he’s nowhere near retiring, he does enjoy spending time on the ranch with his six children, 21 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He also raises cattle and horses as well, which helps explain why he keeps doing what he’s doing. “It’s pretty exciting to see a new baby colt hit the ground, exciting to see a new calf born, exciting to see a new project come to fruition,” he said. “When people retire, sometimes their level of giving back subsides, and they don’t give the way they used to. I don’t want to do that.
