The Stocks and Sommer have a goal of raising at least $500,000 from the net proceeds from selling the home, which has just been completed in the past couple of weeks. The home, located in the tony Arcadia neighborhood of Scottsdale’s Silverleaf, is now on the market for $3,995,000, if you happen to have the means. Sommer is hosting an open house on June 7 from 2 to 4 p.m. to give prospective buyers a glimpse. It’s definitely not just another house, especially for Sommer. “The experience has been amazing,” Sommer said. “It has been rewarding and so amazing — it’s not like I’m just working on it; it’s like I’m giving back every day I’m working on it.
