elcome to the 13th Annual Dancing with the Stars Arizona. I’m am extremely honored to serve as Chairman for this event and overwhelmed by the tremendous support and generosity from our community. Having been to the event six years in a row, participated as a dancer and was part of the 10th Anniversary, I truly believe this is one of Arizona’s must attend events of the calendar year. The celebrity dancers you will watch tonight have spent countless hours rehearsing and fundraising. The support they have received from their families, friends and colleagues is greatly appreciated by us all. The hard work and effort of all the staff at the Kidney Foundation and our professional dancers over the years has made the event what it has become today. It is a yearly effort to put this event together and to them all, we are very thankful. Tonight we honor Mrs. Nancy Spetzler, who has been a keen supporter of the Kidney Foundation for numerous years, as a dancer in the inaugural DWS AZ in 2007, and now tonight is passing the torch to her son-in-law Andy, as a Celebrity Star Dancer. On behalf of the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona and all the guests at the event this evening, we are honored to have you here and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the support that you have shown through the years. Finally, I want to thank my family! My three beautiful boys who bring happiness, joy and light into my life every day and every hour and of course my Husband who is my rock, my support and my everything, he has made my life whole and we continue to enjoy each other more and more as the years go on.
